1. Basic information

The site is operated by Damian Baran, a private individual. Contact: kontakt@damianbaran.com. It presents a film and photography portfolio and lets visitors send a non-binding enquiry.

2. Electronic service

• Free access to publicly available content.
• Free submission of a message through the contact form.
• The form does not provide booking, payment or online contract formation. Any cooperation terms are agreed separately.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Sending the form also requires an active e-mail address and successful anti-spam verification.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing content or malicious code.
• Do not disrupt the site, bypass protections or send automated messages.
• Provide truthful data limited to what is needed to handle the enquiry.

5. Copyright

Photos, films, copy, layout and other materials are protected by law. Use beyond statutory exceptions requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder. Publication in the portfolio does not grant a licence to copy, modify or redistribute materials.

6. Liability and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site available and current, but technical interruptions may occur. Portfolio content is informational and is not a binding offer. Liability is not excluded where exclusion would be unlawful.

7. Complaints

Send website or form complaints to kontakt@damianbaran.com, describing the issue and providing a reply channel. A response will be given without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

8. Ending use and changes

You may stop using the site at any time. Form access may be restricted in case of abuse. These terms may change for important reasons, including changes to features, providers or law; the current version and effective date are published here.
